What the grant is about
The Part-Time Re-employment Grant (PTRG) is a Ministry of Manpower scheme, with the Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) as programme partner. It gives employers support to offer more flexible work options, so senior workers can stay in the workforce.
Who can apply
Any company registered or incorporated in Singapore, including societies and non-profits, with at least one resident senior worker aged 60 or above when applying and claiming.
What the company must do
Offer part-time re-employment to eligible senior workers who ask for it, adopt the Tripartite Standard, build flexible work arrangements and career planning into its formal HR policy, and send management and HR to a funded SNEF workshop.
